What happens next

1. Check your email
You’ll shortly receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Access your course materials
You’ll receive a link to your Course Notes, Core Manual, and Student Test. Please study these in advance of your practical days — you’ll be asked to complete a short test on Day 2 using the material covered, so print out your Course Notes and Student Test and bring them with you (please don’t write on the Student Test in advance, as you’ll need it for the test itself).

3. Begin your online theory
You’ll be given access to the online theory element of the course, which you can complete at your own pace before your practical training.

Your Practical Training Days

🕘 Times: 9am to approx. 2pm, both days

Getting there

By bus: Nearest stop is Sanderstead Road (routes 60, 166, 312, 405, 407, 412, 466) — a short walk from the venue

By train: Purley Oaks, South Croydon, or Sanderstead stations are all within walking distance

Parking: Limited free on-street parking is available on surrounding residential roads (please check local signage), plus limited parking behind the venue

What to bring

A bottle of water

Socks or slippers (no bare feet)

A hair band, if you have long hair

Please avoid wearing jewellery

A few important notes

Illness: If you’re feeling unwell in any way — including colds, coughs, or anything contagious — please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your course. We’ll be working closely together in a warm room, and infections spread easily.

Running late? Please call us on +44 7495 865444 if you’re running even slightly behind. Classes begin promptly at 9am, and as courses can’t run over time, arriving late may mean there isn’t enough time to complete the day. In this case, your course will need to be rescheduled at a fee of £40 — this applies regardless of the reason for the delay.

Your Diploma: Please let us know in good time what name you’d like printed on your Diploma, so it’s ready for you to take home.

Contraindications: Your safety and comfort come first. As with any treatment, certain conditions may affect your (or your practice partner’s) participation in the course. Please let us know in advance if you are under treatment from a GP or practitioner for any of the following: illness, exhaustion, or infection of any kind (including fever/flu); respiratory problems; pain of unknown origin; a pacemaker; lack of skin sensation; spastic conditions or trembling; allergies; thrombosis; diabetes; epilepsy; severe sunburn or contagious skin conditions; blood clots or severe varicose veins; or the first trimester of pregnancy (or a history of miscarriage, or if you or your partner are trying to conceive). If you have any concerns, we’re happy to talk these through with you before the course.

About Your Course

Holistic (Swedish) Massage involves manipulating the body’s soft tissue — skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments — through gentle, flowing techniques with varying pressure and stretching. It’s widely used for relaxation, improved wellbeing, and lymphatic drainage.

This Full Body Holistic Massage Practitioner’s Diploma Course is designed for those wishing to become professional massage therapists. On completion, you’ll be able to obtain insurance to practise full body Holistic/Swedish Massage professionally.
